A quick fix over the phone.

“I was doing a few jobs around the house and decided to bleed the radiators. I’ve done it before, but it was different this time.

The pressure in the boiler dropped and I had no idea what to do. So I called HomeServe.

They were so patient, they talked me through the problem and helped me fix my boiler over the phone – that’s a first for me!

What really impressed me was that the whole experience was quick and easy. There was no rush to get me off the phone and the HomeServe representative even waited while I ran up and down the stairs to check all the radiators.

All sorted with a quick call meaning I could carry on with my day.
